			Michael Craig Vice President and Director, TDAM Michael Craig joined TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM) in March 2015. He is currently a Senior Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager on the Asset Allocation team. His responsibilities include leading the research effort and serving as a portfolio manager of all fund of fund solutions at TDAM. Prior to TDAM, Michael was a portfolio manager at an alternative asset management firm and was responsible for unconstrained fixed income mandates. This included managing global bonds, credit, foreign exchange and volatility. Prior to that, he was a portfolio manager at TDAM on fund of fund mandates and managed the Portfolio Analytics team. Michael is a member of the TD Wealth Asset Allocation Committee, whose mandate is to provide broad asset allocation guidance to all of TD Wealth. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Arts from Simon Fraser University. He is a CFA charterholder.


			Damian Fernandes Vice President and Director, TDAM Damian Fernandes joined TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM) in June 2012. He is the lead manager of the TD Balanced Growth Fund, TD Diversified Monthly Income Fund and PIC North American Blue Chip Model. In addition, he is also the co-manager of the TD U.S. Monthly Income Funds, the TD Tactical Monthly Income Fund and for TD Wealth Private Investment Advice, he co-manages the U.S. Dividend and North American Dividend Models. Prior to joining TDAM, Damian managed U.S. Equity and Tactical Asset Allocation portfolios for the asset management division of a prominent Canadian financial services company. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a CFA charterholder


			Benjamin Gossack Vice President, TDAM Benjamin Gossack joined TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM) in February 2009 and is currently co-manager of the TD Balanced Growth Fund. He also has primary analyst responsibilities on companies within the global technology, media and telecom sectors, supporting the firm’s global and U.S. equity mandates. Previously, Benjamin was a member of the Derivatives Team where his responsibilities included portfolio management and research for derivative-based portfolios and passive strategies. Prior to joining TDAM, he spent 5 years as an Engineering Analyst in the Aerospace industry. Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Benjamin is a CFA charterholder


			Hafiz Noordin Vice President, TDAM Hafiz Noordin joined TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM) in 2011, and is currently a Vice President on the Active Fixed Income Portfolio Management team. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Hafiz co-manages numerous Canadian Universe, Core Plus, Corporate and Global fixed income mandates, serving retail and institutional clients. Prior to this role, Hafiz was an Associate on TDAM’s Investment Grade Credit Research team, where he had primary research coverage of the supranational and technology sectors, as well as junior analyst coverage of sovereign, telecommunications, cable, media and industrial credits. Hafiz is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA with Distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Hafiz also holds a MASc in Biomedical and Computer Engineering, as well as a BASc with Honours in Computer Engineering, both from the University of Toronto.


			Robert Pemberton Managing Director & Head of Fixed Income, TDAM Robert Pemberton is currently Head of Fixed Income having joined TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM) in 2000. Robert is accountable for all fixed income investing at TDAM, which provides government, investment grade and high yield fixed income solutions to insurance, corporate, pension, endowment, union and LDI clients, as well as TD Mutual Funds. He also is responsible for the Credit Research team, Private Debt team, Fundamental Core U.S. Fixed Income and Trading team of TDAM USA Inc., the Canadian and U.S. Money Market complexes, and TDAM’s proprietary Portfolio Analytics group. Robert is a member of TD Wealth Asset Allocation Committee, whose mandate is to provide broad asset allocation guidance to all of TD Wealth. Robert has nearly three decades of experience in Fixed Income markets, with a focus on corporate securities. Robert holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and is a CFA charterholder


			David Sykes Managing Director, TDAM David Sykes joined TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM) in 1999 and currently leads TDAM’s Fundamental Equities Team. David is lead manager of the TD North American Dividend Fund, TD U.S. Monthly Income Fund, and TD Tactical Monthly Income Funds. In addition, David co-manages the TD Strategic Yield Fund and is a member of the TD Wealth Asset Allocation Committee. David has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s University (1993), an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University, as well as a MSC in International Relations from the London School of Economics. He is a CFA charterholder.


			Haining Zha Vice President, TDAM Haining Zha joined TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM) in August 2012 and is a Senior Portfolio Manager on the Asset Allocation team. He is focused on top-down macro research and investment idea generation for both tactical and strategic purposes. He also manages the fund-of-fund portfolio exposure on a daily basis. Prior to joining TDAM, Haining worked on the strategic asset allocation and tactical investment portfolios at a sovereign wealth fund. Haining started his career at an investment bank in the US as well as the UK, managing the emerging market equity derivatives book. Haining holds an M.S. in Financial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business. Haining is a CFA charterholder.
